And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Matthew 16:18 (ESV)

In the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus is talking to the Apostle Peter and makes this promise, "I will build My church." This is not just wishful thinking, it is a promise from the Son of God. He doesn’t promise to build a home, a university, or a business. The one thing Jesus promises is to build His Church. This is incredibly good news as we embark on this journey to build a church home for Lifepoint. It means that we can rest in this promise and fully trust Jesus. And, if we choose, it means that we get to partner with Him and allow Him to use us to fulfill this prophecy from hundreds of years ago. Did you catch that? We get to partner with Jesus! So, as you read this information, we are not asking for you to consider partnering only with Lifepoint; we are asking that you consider partnering with Jesus and the plan that He has to redeem all that is broken.

Situation

Every year we pay over $130,000 for our current

facility and we are out of space. We believe that God

wants us to be good stewards of all that He has

given to us. This includes our finances, the people

who call Lifepoint home, and the community that

God has placed us in.

Solution

After visiting with several pastors, touring different

church campuses, and going through several

revisions, our design team in conjunction with Rio

West, Burton and Associates Architects, LLC, and

Bruce R. Call, AECM, PLLC has designed a beautiful

church campus that will allow us to better minister

to our church family and the neighboring community.

This is truly a church that knows your name. You are welcomed as you come in and you are welcome as you are. Multiple people interact with you and tell you how happy they are to see you. It is truly a place where you feel everybody is happy to see you. The teaching is off the charts. Highly recommend this to newcomers to the faith as well as those experienced in their walk. Warmest church I have ever attended.

Pray

We believe that anything of lasting value is rooted in prayer. Please grab one of our eight week prayer cards and join us as we seek wisdom and direction from God during this campaign.

Share

We have made it easy to share about what God is doing at Lifepoint. Grab a sleeve of custom Lifepoint golfballs to give out at your next golf outing, put a sticker on your water bottle or a magnet on your car. Just start the conversation and see where God leads.

Host

Host a "More than a Dinner": We have created FREE dinner kits to make it easy for you to host a dinner to discuss the "More than a Building" campaign. We provide everything. All you have to do is host some friends and facilitate a simple discussion around the provided material.

Give

For our church home to become a reality we will need both cash gifts for a down payment and committed three year gifts to pay off whatever reasonable loan is required to complete the project.
